【Seamless Pipe Process Flow】

Produce

Production of raw material ultra pure steel: We focus on solving the quality problem of steel billets, reducing the anisotropy of billets, making the steel composition uniform, with low inclusion content, low harmful element content, and uniform structure. At the same time, it further ensures the quality stability of the product, greatly improving the performance of each part of a single pipe and the overall performance of the same batch of pipes; The safety factor of customer equipment or equipment has been significantly improved, and the service life has been extended, greatly saving replacement and maintenance costs.

From ultra-pure steel smelting to finished product inspection and delivery, we strictly control every link of the supply chain, providing effective guarantees for the high-quality products.

Quality control

The advantages of the integrated industrial chain ensure that we are different from any other industry peers. From steelmaking and obtaining high-quality billets to effectively controlling product quality in every aspect: highly mature production processes, strict and precise non-destructive and physicochemical testing, as well as the preparation and supervision of technical documents in the management process, CSIE maintains excellent and stable quality in its products, For many years, we have continuously met the strict requirements of customers in different industries for high-end customized products.

Strictly implement various control and inspection standards for raw materials, production and manufacturing, and final products.

Detection

Non destructive testing includes water pressure, ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, magnetic particle testing, and penetration testing. It is used for overall pipe inspection to determine whether there are cracks, interlayers, and other defects on the surface and inside of the steel pipe. Visual inspection uses endoscopes, calipers, etc. to detect surface defects that are visible to the naked eye and whether the dimensions meet standard requirements. Physical and chemical testing includes component testing (using a spectrometer and carbon sulfur analyzer), mechanical performance testing (including room temperature stretching, high temperature stretching, flattening, expanding, impact), and metallographic testing (using an optical microscope to detect grain size, inclusions, ferrite content, etc.). Used to test the process performance of products, it belongs to destructive testing.

Finished product testing is mainly divided into two parts: non-destructive testing and physical and chemical testing. Develop testing plans based on product standards and customer requirements.
